At Perfect Prep AI, we respect your privacy and allow users to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data.

📌 How to Request Account & Data Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Visit our Contact Page.
2. Fill out the contact form with the following details in the message box:
   • Your registered email address
   • Request: “I want to delete my account and associated data.”
3. Our team will process your request within 7 days and confirm once your data has been removed.

📌 What Data Will Be Deleted?

If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following:

• ✅ Your account details (email, name, profile)
• ✅ Your test progress and submitted essays
• ✅ Any stored preferences and settings
• ✅ Subscription details (if applicable)

🚨 Important: If you have an active subscription through Google Play, you must cancel it separately via the Google Play Store.

📌 Can I Delete Some Data Without Deleting My Account?

✔️ Yes! If you only want to delete specific data (e.g., test history, saved answers), please mention it in your Contact Form request, and we will process it accordingly.

📌 Data Retention Policy

If you request full deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 7 days. If no request is made, unused accounts may be automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
